Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes, we offer cancellations up to 72 hours after your purchase. If you change your mind within that time, or want to make an exchange, please send us a message at support@waverest.com

If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. Otherwise, a return can be arranged but only after the item arrives to your destination shipping address.

How does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped via partnership with the USPS for the United States, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, etc.

Your order will arrive in 15-45 business days on average. However, due to COVID-19, our customers are seeing volatile delivery times. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you are experiencing delays. We are happy to help!

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped. However, there could be a 24 hour delay between shipment and for tracking information to appear. If you did not get an email with your tracking number, please send us a message at support@waverest.com
